seit 2001 besteht das kleine atelier im 14. wiener gemeindebezirk, das von noura el-kordy eröffnet wurde und um das sich die künstlergruppe el-kordy gebildet hat.
wöchentliche treffen im atelier festigen die bindung der nunmehr über 20 künstler, die in den unterschiedlichsten bereichen künstlerisch tätig sind: malerei, grafik, design, fotografie, bildhauerei, dekoration, glaskunst, lyrik, musik.
durch den wachsenden umfang und der steigenden erfordernisse wurde im september 2006 der verein der künstlergruppe el-kordy gegründet. mitlgieder sind hauptsächlich teamfähige künstler, die ihren weg gemeinsam mit anderen bestreiten wollen. somit schöpfen wir synergien aus und eröffnen breitere möglichkeiten.
this small studio at the 14th district in vienna has been founded by noura el-kordy in the year 2001. ever since the "artist group el-kordy" kept growing. weekly meetings at the studio cement the alliance between more than 20 artists covering following fields: painting, graphic / design, photography, figuration, decoration, glass art, lyrics, music.
the steady growth and constant increase of requirements made us establish in september 2006 the society of the artist group el-kordy for the encouragement of new, liberal artists. the members are mainly artists who work in a team sharing one path. this enables us to profit from synergies and a wide range of possiblities.
